<p>As a Customer Success Intern, you will be a key member of our team to build a strong relationship through onboarding and follow-up with customers, tackling their issues and gathering their feedback. You&rsquo;re not completely familiar with the job? Don&rsquo;t worry, you will be quickly brought up to speed.</p>
<h2>FUNCTION DESCRIPTION</h2>
<p>Willing to improve our customer experience? We need a person that can listen to our customers, evaluate their satisfaction, and summarize it to help Shayp become better and more efficient.<br />Stay alongside the client during his whole journey within Shayp. From the first pilot to the full roll-out of a complete portfolio of building, you&rsquo;re a key contact person for the customer to support their successful journey</p>

<p>Day to day<br />Be the first point of contact for our customers requiring support using Shayp to provide services to their audit and accounting clients<br />Support customer training in the use of Shayp to provide effective and efficient audit and accounting services<br />Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record new customer leads and opportunities<br />Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation projects<br />Identify opportunities for new features or customer training initiatives<br />Use internal tools to track activity and update our CRM with relevant information for our Account Executives<br />Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects<br />Provide early access to new features to selected customers to gather their feedback on our developments and summarize it for the technical teams<br />improving communication and documentation material (testimonials, case studies, manuals, etc&hellip;)</p>
