Our team liaise with managers, agents and promoters to maximize opportunities in the marketplace for entire the Atlantic Pop/Rock roster with an ultimate view towards artist growth.<br /><br />Why This Could Be Your Next Big Break<br /><br />Nothing is more exciting than being part of the development of an artist who has never performed before and knowing that you helped nourish their development into a true performer that everyone loves.<br /><br />This position coordinates administrative responsibilities of the department. Top priorities for this role include the tracking of budgets, processing invoices/payments, helping to organize &amp; execute domestic ticket buys, maintaining internal touring database and disseminating all touring-related updates for our artists on a company-wide daily basis. This position requires an extreme attention to detail, organization, effective communication skills with emphasis on multi-tasking.<br /><br />Here You&rsquo;ll Get To</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to the SVP of Artist Development &amp; department as a whole &ndash; duties include but are not limited to: Managing SVP&rsquo;s appointment calendar, travel plans, expense reports, and phone lines. Will support entire department in scheduling meetings, conference calls, digital file organization, and mailings.</li>
<li>Provide financial administrative support for the department as a whole. This includes managing tour ledgers, handling Concur reports for tickets and other tour expenses, opening purchase orders, processing invoices, and setting up vendors.</li>
<li>Assist in sorting label related guests and clients for tickets &amp; passes to Atlantic shows. This includes coordinating with managers and tour managers for artist guest list space &amp; purchasing tickets (outlined below).</li>
<li>Assist in the execution of ticket buys for domestic label artist shows, including putting tickets on hold, soliciting the company for needs, budgeting for the entire tour, executing the buys, and distributing tickets in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Attend many of the label&rsquo;s New York area shows/events to assist in special ticket/VIP or logistical onsite needs.</li>
<li>Assist with the updating of internal tour data system for all domestic tour dates, and distributing &lsquo;Artist Master Calendar&rsquo; &amp; &ldquo;NY, LA, &amp; Nashville Area Appearances&rdquo; documents to all relevant internal and external personnel.</li>
</ul>
<p>About You</p>
<ul>
<li>You are an avid consumer of music in multiple genres and have experience attending live shows</li>
<li>BA or BS degree (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Organizational skills</li>
<li>Interpersonal/relationship building skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and juggle conflicting priorities and deadlines</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel &amp; Word</li>
</ul>
<p>It would be music to our ears if you also had:</p>
