<p>Our Consultant Management Office (CMO) at PrideOne supports a large financial institution globally. We work with senior management in various divisions throughout the client organization to onboard and manage records for the contingent (non-employee) population.</p>
<p>We have an opening on our team for an entry-level Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a data-driven and process oriented recent graduate with an interest in HR &amp; Operations to get their foot in the door and gain valuable experience across multiple business disciplines.</p>

<li>Review each resource&rsquo;s engagement to verify that prerequisite requirements and processes have been correctly and fully completed</li>
<li>Monitor and review the  check process for contingent workers globally, working closely with internal security and compliance</li>
<li>Audit and oversee the contingent worker time sheet and invoicing process, working to ensure compliance with Firm policy &amp; global tax laws; working closely with Accounts Payable &amp; Technology to ensure end to end process completion</li>
<li>Provide support to senior managers and vendor account managers with system inquiries, status updates, approvals, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor a shared e-mail Inbox with a very high volume of requests</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc reporting, data reconciliation, and clean-up when required</li>
<li>Procurement and sourcing related activities including working with hiring managers to organize competitive recruitment for open roles and help to drive cost savings for the firm</li>

<p>About You:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>1-2 years of work experience (including internships)</li>
<li>Meticulous with a high attention to detail</li>
<li>Analytical/process oriented mindset</li>
<li>Able to multi-task/problem solve and stay calm under pressure</li>
<li>Quick learner of complex systems and multi-step processes</li>
<li>Proactive and self-sufficient, able to complete tasks with little supervision</li>
<li>Able to work in a team setting and assist other analysts when needed</li>
<li>Excellent client service experience and skills (Phone calls/emails)</li>
<li>Excel (including V-lookups, IF statements, pivot tables)</li>
