<p>THE POSITION</p>
<p>The Account Executive role will work directly with Cobu's CEO and COO and play a key role in executing Cobu's growth and expansion strategy. You will be responsible for driving Cobu's continued fast-paced expansion into new and existing markets, and closing new business through strategic and consultative selling to national and regional property owners and managers. You will also help lay the foundation of what will become a best-in-class sales team in the future to help achieve Cobu's growth goals and get in on the ground floor at a top, fast-paced startup.</p>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>Closing contracts with building owners and property managers to achieve quarterly and annual targets</p>
<p>Managing all outbound and inbound sales opportunity flow and pipeline management</p>
<p>Managing all aspects of pipeline development process, including accurate ongoing documentation in HubSpot</p>
<p>Leading all ongoing prospecting and lead qualification activities</p>
<p>Assisting in the development of tools and processes to support sales growth (i.e., sales materials, case studies, video assets)</p>
<p>Strategically negotiating through potentially complex deal structures</p>
<p>Building strong, long-lasting trust-based partnerships with owner groups, developers, and property managers</p>
<p>Developing and executing strategic initiatives and participating in industry events to drive growth</p>
<p>Ensuring successful transition of customer relationships to customer success team post contract</p>
<p>Collaborating closely with cross-functional team and ensuring customer and product feedback is fed back</p>
<p>Conducting ongoing industry and competitive research to stay on top of the marketplace</p>
<p>Evangelizing on behalf of the company and its vision</p>

<p>REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>3+ years of relevant work experience in software sales in the residential real estate industry</p>
<p>Proven track record of success working in a consultative and enterprise level sales capacity</p>
<p>Excellent communication and presentation skills; a natural influencer</p>
<p>Strong relationship building with a diverse network of relationships in residential real estate community</p>
<p>Strong judgment and creative problem-solving skills</p>
<p>Ability to listen, learn, and solve problems</p>
<p>Ability to capture detailed information into sales pipeline management software (HubSpot)</p>
