Our team works on all aspects of stressed and distressed credits and trades loans, bonds, equities and trade claims. The desk is an active participant in the distressed community including leading institutional investors and lenders, financial restructuring firms and law firms. The desk focuses on large and medium sized capital structures.</p>

<li>Supporting Senior Analysts on the Special Situations team</li>
<li>Conducting investment due diligence including valuation, financial modelling, credit document review and industry analysis</li>
<li>Preparing, maintaining and update financial models for relevant credits</li>
<li>Monitoring bankruptcy dockets and other news sources for new information</li>
<li>Updating the Special Situations trading and sales teams for any relevant news or critical information</li>
<li>Interacting frequently with our sales and/or sourcing teams, or working across product areas for certain situations.</li>
<li>Interacting with clients, management teams, financial advisors and legal advisors to maintain up-to-date analysis of relevant credits</li>

<li>Degree educated in a technical subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics)</li>

<li>Relevant experience in leveraged finance, investment banking or distressed credit</li>
<li>Excellent financial modelling skills</li>
